ArcVera Renewables has been integral in Phase I of the WP3 Benchmarking Project by providing pre-construction energy yield assessments for 10 wind plants to aid the industry in understanding the opportunities for improvement across projects and consultancies.
In addition to providing these estimates, ArcVera Renewables has been an active contributor to the operational assessment methods, as well as the evaluation of NREL’s analysis. By participating in this effort, ArcVera Renewables is committing to the ongoing effort of improving energy production estimates to allow wind plants to remain a viable renewable energy option for years to come.
With the contribution of consultants like ArcVera Renewables, much needed operational data can be shared via the WP3 Benchmark Project, while also providing industry-wide analytics for improving preconstruction estimates. This makes participation in Phase I of the WP3 Benchmarking Project a vital component to improving outcomes for the wind energy industry. ArcVera Renewables has worked diligently in support of that effort.
